Treatment Process Tile & Shingle Roofs

• Chemical treatment is applied at low pressure to the roof to eliminate algae and mold.
• The solution is applies and allowed to dwell for up to 2 weeks.
• UV rays break down the solution and render the solution inert.
• Any lichen or moss left on the roof after treatment will be washed away after 1-2 heady rains.

Treatment Process Metal Roofs

• Physical debris are removed from the rood and the roof is tested for oxidation
• The roof is pre wet to bring down the surface temperature
• A lower concentration  solution is applied to the roof in sections and allowed to dwell- elimination mold and algae.
• The roof is rinsed thoroughly removing all remaining debris and solution.

Warranty*

All roof cleaning come with a two year warranty from the date of completion. if for any reason algae or mold comes back within that span of time- free spot treatments are available upon request

*Warranty does not include areas that have organics, such as trees and branches, resting on or over the roof as this reintroduces algae and mold at an accelerated rate.

• Gutter bags are attached to downspouts to collect runoff
• Sensitive materials around the home are coved and or moved from the working area
• Plants are pre wet and rinsed throughout the process in order to reduce the risk of damage.
